Concept & Idea:

The goal was to reimagine Jack Daniel’s in a bold, unexpected setting. Instead of a classic bar or urban environment, I placed the brand in a sun-scorched desert to convey grit, survival, and raw strength. The harsh landscape reflects the whiskey’s bold character, while wild desert animals symbolize freedom and resilience.

Visual Elements:

  • Setting: Desert dunes with intense sunlight and dry textures.

  • Animals: Desert creatures like a scorpion, camel, and a condor (used as visual symbols, not focal points).

  • Color Palette: Warm, dusty tones with high contrast to emphasize the heat and mood.

  • Mood: realism, dramatic, and a bit surreal.

Design Process:

  • Sketching & Layout: Started with a rough composition to position the bottle and animals naturally within the scene.

  • Photo Manipulation: Used multiple images for the background, animals, and textures.

  • Color Grading: I applied custom color grading to unify the elements and push the dramatic feel.

  • Detailing: Focused on shadow, lighting, and sand interaction to make everything feel grounded.

Tools Used:

  • Adobe Photoshop.

  • Custom brushes for dust and texture overlays.

This project let me experiment with narrative, driven design. I enjoyed creating a scene that feels cinematic but still connected to brand identity. It also challenged me to balance realism with imagination, especially in color grading and composition.
