Digital Landscape Art Course
These digital landscape pieces were created as part of the Digital Landscapes online course taught by Redouane Naouri, a concept artist and matte painter. Each artwork explores different aspects of environment design, from photo blending and composition to atmosphere and storytelling. Throughout the course, I gained hands-on experience with building believable environments, learning how to guide the viewer’s eye using depth, lighting, and visual hierarchy. These studies helped sharpen my sense of mood and space essential skills for creating immersive digital scenes.

Artwork Journal:
These digital landscape studies were created as part of Redouane Naouri’s online course on photo manipulation and environment design. Each lesson provided a guided concept and composition, allowing me to focus on blending techniques while gradually developing my own eye for mood, color, and atmosphere.
While the structure of each scene followed the mentor’s guidance, I used the opportunity to explore personal expression, experimenting with tone, adjusting color grading, and refining the emotional feel of each piece. I was especially interested in how subtle shifts in light and color could evoke calm, mystery, or depth.
This series wasn’t about inventing new ideas from scratch, it was about learning by recreating. By observing, practicing, and slowly applying my own artistic choices, I began to understand what makes a digital landscape feel cohesive, immersive, and alive.
Each piece became more than an exercise. It was a step toward finding my visual voice.
